Do you warrant your new homes?
Yes. DVS Construction provides a comprehensive warranty on each of our homes.
Do you build only select plans or can I bring my own?
If you have a plan in mind, feel free to bring it along with you. It will give us a good idea of what you are looking for in you new custom home. Also, we have floor plans you can consider using.
How long does the construction process take?
Depending on the size of the home the construction process can take from six months to a year.
What are the sizes of the homes you build?
Our homes range in sizes from 1,000 to 6,000+ square feet. We can work with any idea and size range.
Where do you build?
DVS Construction builds in the mainly in the West Michigan area but we are licensed to build anywhere in the state of Michigan.
What if I own my own lot?
We can build anywhere. If you do not have your own lot, we work with multiple developers and realtors in the area.
